Restoring your data can be done either through client restore, online or sent to you via FedEx. If you just accidentally erased a file and need to have it restored, the quickest way would probably be through the client application.
In the event that your computer totally fails and the client is not available, you can restore your data by logging into Mozy.com to download your files. This is recommended for retreiving 20 GB of data or less.
For data amounts larger than 20 GB, it is recommended that you use DVD Restore. Mozy will recover your data and burn it to DVD’s within 3-5 business days and ship it to you via FedEx Next Day delivery. The fees for this last option includes the current FedEx rate, a $29.95 processing fee and $0.50 /GB of data.
